01 · Capabilities

Six things we run for you

Compliance intake, partner selection, integration, reporting, support and monitoring. One team holds all six, so nothing falls between your provider and your developers.

Compliance intake

One KYB file, assembled and checked once, then reused across partners instead of rebuilt for every onboarding.

Partner selection

We match your model, corridors and risk profile to partners whose licences and appetite actually cover them, and manage the referral end to end.

Technical routing

Payment data routed to partner systems through one integration, with cascade and routing logic held on our side.

Reporting and reconciliation

Transaction reporting and reconciliation data across every connected partner, in one format instead of six.

Operational support

A named contact point for technical and operational questions, including escalation to the relevant partner.

Ongoing monitoring

Periodic review of your file, repeat screening and risk reassessment when your model, ownership or markets change. This is what keeps partners comfortable over time.

03 · Onboarding

Four stages from first call to live traffic

Two stages are ours, the third belongs to the licensed partner, and the fourth runs for as long as the relationship does.

You send the file, we tell you what is missing

You complete our KYB questionnaire and supply corporate documents, ownership and control structure, licences where required, the business model and the expected corridors. We come back with a single list of gaps rather than a drip of separate requests.

  • Questionnaire and document list sent on the first reply
  • One consolidated list of gaps, not a sequence of them
  • Certified copies, translation or apostille flagged upfront where the jurisdiction needs them

We verify, screen and position the file

We check the file for consistency, run sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening on the company and its relevant individuals, and assess the risk profile against what partners accept in your corridors. Then we choose which partner the file goes to.

  • Screening covers directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and controlling persons
  • Higher-risk profiles attract enhanced due diligence and Source of Funds or Source of Wealth
  • Partner chosen by licence coverage, corridor and risk appetite, not by whoever answers first

The licensed partner runs its own review

We pass the file with our assessment. The partner conducts an independent review, may request further documents, and takes the decision on connection and on the payment services it provides. Our review speeds theirs up; it does not replace it.

  • Additional partner requests handled by us, not forwarded to you raw
  • Where a partner declines, the file moves to the next fit rather than starting again
  • Commercial terms confirmed in a written agreement before go-live

Integration, reporting and continuous review

Technical integration and test traffic, then reporting and reconciliation across every connected partner. In parallel we keep the compliance file current: periodic review, repeat screening and reassessment when your model, ownership or markets change.

  • One integration and one contact point across all partners
  • Consolidated reporting instead of one statement format per provider
  • Notify us of material changes and the file is updated before a partner asks

What we ask for at stage one

  • 01Certificate of incorporation, constitutional documents, registered office
  • 02Identification of the director or other authorised signatory
  • 03Ownership and control structure, beneficial owners at 10% or above
  • 04Description of the business model, goods or services
  • 05Expected volumes, currencies, countries, corridors and methods
  • 06Licences, permissions and registrations, where required by law
  • 07Operating website with terms of use, refund policy and company details
  • 08Chargeback, refund and fraud history, where the activity warrants it
04 · The corridor

What happens between a payer tapping confirm and money on your account

Four hops. We hold the two in the middle so you never have to build them twice.

PayerLOCAL METHOD CheckoutONE INTEGRATION PREFLOOR routing CASCADE · ANTI-FRAUD REPORTING PartnerLICENSED PSP YouSETTLEMENT BY PARTNER Fallback routeIF THE FIRST DECLINES STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 CASCADE

Cascade, not a single pipe

A declined attempt is retried on the next route in the corridor rather than returned to the payer. The logic sits on our side, so adding a route does not mean changing your code.

Settlement stays with the partner

Depending on the corridor, partners settle same day or on a T+3 cycle, in local currency, EUR, USD or stablecoin. The terms come from the partner and are fixed in writing before go-live.

One reconciliation file

Every route, every partner, one export. Finance stops stitching six statement formats together at the end of the month.

05 · Compliance

The review that makes partners say yes

A file that arrives complete, screened and honestly presented is the difference between a connection in weeks and one that never happens.

Screening pipeline

Applied to the company, its directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and controlling persons, at onboarding and throughout the relationship.

06 · FAQ

Questions we are asked first

What exactly do I get from working with you?

One compliance intake instead of several, partner selection based on licence coverage and risk appetite rather than a search you run yourself, a single technical integration, consolidated reporting across partners, and one contact point for operational questions.

Who decides whether I am connected?

The licensed payment partner. We review your file first and pass it on with our assessment, but the partner conducts its own independent review, may request further documents and takes the final decision. Passing our review does not guarantee approval, which is why we position the file with the partner whose appetite actually fits it.

How does PREFLOOR sit in the payment chain?

PREFLOOR LTD provides technology and organisational services: compliance intake, referral to partners, routing of payment data, reporting and support. Acceptance, processing and settlement of payments are provided by licensed payment institutions, electronic money institutions and acquirers under their own permissions, and settlement is performed by them.

Which countries and methods are available?

CIS and the Caucasus, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the EEA. Cards, account-to-account transfers, wallets, vouchers and cash networks, depending on the region. Availability in each country depends on the licensed partner and on your business model, and is confirmed during onboarding.

Which activities do you not work with?

The prohibited list is published in full on the Prohibited and Restricted Activities page, together with the restricted categories considered case by case. If you are unsure where your model sits, ask before you start onboarding.

What does it cost?

Commercial terms depend on the corridor, the methods, the expected volumes and the partner, and are agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer or a price quotation.
