Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of prefloorltd.com. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
Who we are. PREFLOOR LTD supplies payment orchestration technology and acts as an agent introducing merchants to licensed payment providers. We route transactions, provide reporting and support. We do not hold, safeguard or settle funds, we do not issue payment instruments, and we do not operate accounts for merchants or their customers. Settlement is carried out by licensed payment institutions, electronic money institutions and acquirers under their own agreements with the merchant.
1. These terms are not a service agreement
This website describes what we do. It is not an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract for services. Any commercial relationship between you and PREFLOOR LTD is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails for the services it covers.
2. Nature of the information
Content on this website is general information about our services. Coverage, payment methods, currencies, timings and commercial terms depend on the merchant, the jurisdiction, the vertical and the licensed partner involved, and are confirmed only in writing during onboarding. Figures shown on the website describe our network as a whole and are not a promise of availability in any particular case.
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice.
3. Regulatory status
PREFLOOR LTD is not a bank, is not an electronic money institution, and is not a licensed payment institution. We do not accept deposits, do not hold client funds and do not perform settlement. Where a payment service requires a licence, it is provided by a licensed partner under its own authorisation and its own agreement with the merchant.
